Sattire
(Sharem El Sheik and Musks Angel Eyes)

Sattire is a 15-3 hand 5-year-old black bay colt by Sharem El Sheikh x Musks Angel Eyes.  He was bred by Bob and Janene Boggs of Midwest Station 1 and is owned by El-Jo-Mar Arabians.  Sattire has four tiny white socks, a star and snip.  He has a beautiful sculptured head, an upright neck, smooth body and an airy trot.

Sharem El Sheikh, Sattire’s sire, was an exceptional show horse, with many championships including the titles of unanimous Scottsdale and Buckeye Champion Stallion.  Sharem El Sheikh is also well known as a sire of countless U. S. and Canadian champions. 

Musks Angel Eyes, Sattire’s dam, is sired by Sir Musk (Muscat X Gold N Flame) and out of Alove Letter.  Love Letter is by Gharis and out of El-Le Lou by Gamar.  Musks Angel Eyes has produced several champion daughters, such as Vielkah 2000 Mediterranean Champion Filly, Menton, France and Bint Bey Shah, Region 10 Reserve Champion Sweepstakes Filly.  Another daughter, Adivah was Region 11 Reserve Champion Sweepstakes filly.  Adivah, the dam of Nations, booked 75 mares as a weanling.   Several of Musks Angel Eyes daughters have gone on to produce international champions, such as Bint Bey Shah the dam of Pristinia and Psytadel.  Pristinia was Jr. Champion Filly 2000 Tulip Cup, Holland.  Pristinina was also 2002 Canadian Top Ten Futurity Filly and Scottsdale Top Ten.  While Psytadel was 1999 Jr. Champion colt, Balen, Belgium (National Show) as well as the winner of the 1999 Belgium Challenge Cup.   As a yearling, Psytadel was also a class winner at the 1999 All Nations Cup in Germany.  

Garis is Sattire’s maternal great grandfather, and the grandsire to Bob and Janene Boggs’ incredible broodmare band, Inherited Love, SS Heartbreaker, and Musks Angel Eyes.  According to Bob, “these mares have great size, 15 to 15.3 hand average; their Arabian type is excellent’ they exhibit an extreme level of refinement; there is a certain ‘look’ about them that is unmistakable.  Most importantly, when crossed with top stallions that complement their good points, they are consistent in producing the best of their traits.” 

From Sattire’s unbelievable mare line to the winning sire line, Sattire is one of the most up and coming young breeding stallions of the 21^st century.

 The first foal crop by Sattire is now on the ground.  We are so excited!  He is siring extreme type and giving presence to the foals of our mares with Gainey, Crabbet, Bask and Naborr lines.  Take a look at the pictures of our Sattire foals they speak for themselves.
